Our return policy: We will replace any defective Grizpaw products for a period of 90 days of purchase date. Previous to your return you will be required to contact us for a RMA number for your return. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed or repair / replacement unit provided. As a condition of repair/replacement the Grizpaw unit must be returned in its original undamaged packaging in a new resalable condition. Customer pays shipping to us and pays shipping return shipping at customers cost. Units will not be repaired or replaced if the product has been intentionally physical damaged or tampered with. We will provide a 1 year time period where a customer can request a replacement unit at 50% off $199 Grizpaw price plus shipping without returning the damaged Grizpaw. If you use this option (50% discount), we would ask that you provide us pictures and information on problems you are having.
