May 2015 - Gary L. Hinton email review - A dream come true! From: Hinton, Gary Sent: 5/21/2015 10:42 PM To: Hinton, Gary Subject: RE: Wondering if you have had a chance to work with the Grizpaw and if you have any comments or suggestions? Hi! Patrick, I love the controller! For me it’s a Godsend. I truly appreciate how you sent it to me so quickly. The only thing that I’m still trying to master are the black buttons that replace the joysticks. It’s a feel thing, but sometimes I’ll tend to loose where I’m at. I find it comparable to finding just that right feel when shooting free throws, or chipping around the green. Having both XBOX and PS3 symbols on the buttons is very helpful. For example I have a PS3 and when I play The Golf Club on my PC the game prompts the player with XBOX symbols. You’ve made that translation from one to the other a simple thing. Two years ago I bought a one handed controller on Ebay from Great Britain. It had the buttons, but it had two actual joysticks and two sets of directional pads. I like the functioning of the Grizpaw a lot more. Patrick I’ll stay in touch, and again thank you so very much. GARY {From Griztech} Grizpaw One Handed Games Controller comes standard for PC PS2 PS3. We have suggested 3rd part adapters for XBOX 360, ONE, PS4 & Wii. When it was all said and done I lost the use of my right hand. Your GrizPaw controller is a dream come true. I love video games, but I have to admit I’ve struggled at times playing against my stepsons. I hate to lose, lol, and this controller will level the playing field! In our household we have both a PS3 and a PS4. I looked on your website and I would love to order the GrizPaw controller, but I didn’t see the adapter for the PS3, or the PS4. Where would I find these adapters and how much extra will they cost me. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. Respectfully, Gary L. I just got back from Afghanistan after being blown up by an IED me and my team leader were working on in August of this year. I lost my right arm in the explosion and I am a huge gamer. I have been looking everywhere for a one handed controller before I came across your site. The controller looks perfect and was hoping that you guys were still looking for some of the 100 for the test drive your website offered, if not I would be glad to purchase one. I just need to get back on my Xbox 360 so bad. Hope to hear from you soon. I had a stroke 8 1/2 years ago which pretty much put an end to my days of gaming. While I have regained much of my dexterity I lack the fine motor control in my left hand to be able to play effectively (especially after I get through the first several levels). I am not sure if your GrizPaws are for sale or not. As someone who was extremely handicapped but has fought his way back I would love to find some way to get back to enjoying one of my favorite time wasters… J Thanks for any info you could provide. ~Andy On 07/08/2012 7:57 AM, Tanner Goodman wrote: Hi there, I recently came across the Grizpaw website, when my cousin cut his right thumb off working and messed his index finger really good, he loves playing his Xbox 360 but he can't reach the right analog stick nor is his index finger in good shape. As I came across Grizpaw I noticed that the company is letting people try them here in the next month or so, and I'm really interested in what I have to do to be able to receive one. So he can again enjoy the games he loves. As you can imagine he spends most of his time at the moment inside sick and bored out of his mind. I found your name on a google search and found what it looked like a perfect left hand remote that you have designed. You then asked for people to be a part of the test. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. Regards Gareth |
